Take exit 35 toward I-495 E/48 St. Take exit 35 E to merge onto I-495 E toward Eastern Long Island. Take exit 42 for Northern Parkway E toward Hauppauge. Merge onto the Northern State Parkway. Take exit 42 N to Route 231 north, and at the fork after the firehouse, merge right, onto County Road 66 N toward Northport. Continue onto E Jericho Turnpike, immediately getting into the left lane. Follow signs to Interstate 678, Whitestone Bridge. Make a slight left onto Corss Island Parkway, and take exit 30 E, to merge onto I-495 E/Long Island Expy toward Eastern Long Island. Take exit 42 for Northern Parkway E toward Hauppauge. Merge onto the Northern State Parkway. Take exit 42 N to Route 231 north, and at the fork after the firehouse, merge right, onto County Road 66 N toward Northport. Continue onto E Jericho Turnpike, immediately getting into the left lane. Destinations west:
Make right turn out of driveway onto Elwood Road. Go to the end of Elwood Road and turn right onto Jericho Turnpike. Immediately get into left lane and bear left at the first traffic signal onto East Deer Park Road, Suffolk County Route 66. Make a slight right onto the Northern State Parkway ramp and merge onto the Northern State Parkway. Take Northern Parkway to Exit 37A, onto Interstate 495, West, New York, and get on the Long Island Expressway. THEN:

Take exit 17 W toward Brooklyn. Merge onto I-278 W. Make a slight right onto the Verrazano Bridge/Verrazano-Narrows Bridge (signs for I-278)

Take exit 31 N-S for Cross Island Parkway toward Whitestone Bridge/Kennedy Airport. Keep right at the fork, and follow signs for Cross Island Pkwy/Whitestone Br and merge onto the Cross Island Parkway. Merge onto I-678 S.

Stay on the LIE to Queens & Manhattan.
For Return to Eastern Long Island:
Make right turn out of driveway onto Elwood Road. Go to the end of Elwood Road and turn right onto Jericho Turnpike. Immediately get into left lane and bear left at the first traffic signal onto East Deer Park Road, Suffolk County Route 66. Continue straight ahead, going under the overpass and make a left turn for the entrance to Interstate 495, Long Island Expressway, East, Riverhead.
